Summary:
The article deals with the problem of state boundaries in Central Europe in the period of 1938-1945. Attention is being paid to the Vienna arbitration and marginally to the problem of northern boundaries of Slovakia. All changes in the Versailles system of boundaries in this period are considered to be null and void due to major flaws in the procedure of these changes, such as lack of free will, evil intent, and the use of force.
